Melbourne event flowers — gratitude for connections with brands, art and culture.

We had the pleasure of dressing some incredible events over the last few weeks — event flower deliveries across Melbourne and the Yarra Valley, from a gala and an engagement party to native florals for Chandon and drive days for Zagame.

The Annual Gala of Mullum Mullum Aboriginal Gathering Place holds a special place in my heart.

My interest in Aboriginal culture began when I purchased an artwork at a local gallery. Through learning about the artist and the stories behind the work, I began to appreciate how art can carry deep connections to culture, identity and Country. I was particularly fascinated by the different ways artists share their stories and cultural heritage through their work.

Since then, I've continued visiting galleries and learning about the stories behind Aboriginal art. I've long hoped for an opportunity to work with a local Aboriginal organisation, so being invited to create the floral arrangements for this year's gala was truly special.

We also had the pleasure of dressing the entrance of the incredible Afloat Bar for a beautiful engagement party. Delivering flowers across the bridge on foot, carrying an arrangement the size of me, was an experience! The gorgeous orange and white floral theme with accents of olive was beautiful.

And as always, there are the Chandon florals, which I adore. I love their brief of native and indigenous flowers — it aligns so well with my own love of native flowers and culture.

Drive days with Zagame — McLaren and Ferrari.

We also had the pleasure of dressing the wonderful and exciting drive days for the incredible Zagame brands — McLaren and Ferrari — over these few weeks.
