When you enquire about a wedding, event, or arrangement through our contact form, we collect the information you provide — typically your name, email address, phone number, event date, venue, and the details of your enquiry. When you subscribe to our newsletter we collect your email address. We may also collect technical information automatically when you visit the site, such as your IP address, browser type and pages visited, through standard server logs.
We use your information to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes, manage bookings, deliver florals and follow up after your event. If you subscribe to our newsletter we use your email address to send occasional updates — never more than once a month — and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of every newsletter.

Our website is hosted by Netlify, Inc. Form submissions and newsletter sign-ups are stored on Netlify's servers. We access this information through Netlify's dashboard. We retain enquiry information for as long as it is relevant to our work together — typically the period of an active booking plus seven years for accounting purposes — and newsletter subscriptions until you unsubscribe.
This site uses a small piece of local storage to remember whether you have already seen our newsletter sign-up, so we don't show it twice. We do not use third-party analytics, advertising cookies or trackers. If this changes in future we will update this policy and ask for your consent where required.
