Frequently asked questions.
Your deposit is 25% of the amount quoted after your initial consultation with Youki. Some clients choose to lock us in before the meeting with a $500 holding deposit, which is later subsumed into the 25%. The remaining balance is due two weeks before the wedding. Please note our minimum spend is $5,000 so we can give our full attention to each wedding.
At the initial meeting, we want to understand the general details of your wedding — the venue, time of the ceremony, size of your bridal party, guest numbers and floor plan, colour scheme, dress colours, and so on. These help us understand your style and theme. You don't need to know everything yet — a general idea will always help us create your vision board and your quote.
Please contact us through the enquiry form, and we'll send you our Pricing Guide and a booking link for a consultation. At the first consultation, we'll go through your vision and brief, as well as our recommendations of seasonal flowers and styles to suit your venue, so we can collaborate on the ideas to bring your vision to life.
So our team can focus on each wedding, we only take on one wedding per date, and we have a cap each week. Most of our clients contact us 12 – 16 months before the wedding, but we recommend getting in touch at least 9 months before — especially if your wedding is during the peak season (September to May).
Never. Floral foam is a single-use plastic that breaks down into micro-plastics during use and disposal. We design every installation, arrangement and bouquet using sustainable mechanics — so no micro-plastics enter or leave our studio.
