You will be dealing with Youki - our founder and wedding floral stylist of 19 years - from start to finish with our personalised services. Our close knit, small team with big talent will work together to bring your dream florals to life.

We create wedding flowers throughout the Yarra Valley, Melbourne and beyond.

Based in Coldstream, at the gateway to the Yarra Valley, we're ideally placed to work with some of the region's most beautiful wedding venues. From intimate garden celebrations to grand winery weddings, we love creating floral designs that complement each venue and its surroundings.

However we do also service Mornington and Melbourne areas, to bring the gorgeous and lush florals to the venue. Please enquire with your venue so we can see how we can help you.

Absolutely. We love collaborating with couples to create wedding flowers that feel personal, considered and uniquely theirs.

Whether you have a clear vision or are just beginning to explore ideas, we'll guide you through the process, helping you refine your colour palette, select suitable seasonal flowers and consider how each arrangement will work within your venue.

We take the time to understand what matters most to you, bringing together your ideas, our floral expertise and the beauty of the season to create a cohesive design for your celebration.

Our full-service wedding flowers have a minimum spend of $4,000 + GST.

Our minimum spend allows us to dedicate the time, creativity and care needed to thoughtfully design and deliver a beautiful floral experience for your wedding day.

We understand that every celebration is different, so we also welcome enquiries for intimate weddings with fewer than 30 guests, as well as weddings held during our quieter winter season from May to September, which are exempt from our usual minimum spend.

Yes. We offer a considered, full-service floral experience, allowing you to enjoy your wedding day while we take care of the flowers.

Our service can include personal delivery of your bouquets and buttonholes, installation of ceremony and reception flowers, and the thoughtful placement of floral arrangements throughout your venue. Where possible, we can also repurpose ceremony flowers for your reception, making the most of your floral investment.

We also help with styling elements as required - becoming your on the day styling hand.

We manage the floral setup and, where included in your booking, the collection and pack-down of our installations after the celebration.

We take care of the details behind the scenes, so you can focus on enjoying your day and celebrating with the people you love.

At Sugar Bee Flowers, we're proud to create our wedding designs without floral foam, using alternative techniques and mechanics to support our arrangements.

We embrace the natural beauty of flowers and foliage, working with their shapes, textures and movement to create designs that feel organic and abundant. Our approach requires careful planning and thoughtful construction, allowing us to create beautiful installations while avoiding traditional floral foam.

The first step is to get in touch through our wedding enquiry form. Please share your wedding date, venue and any initial ideas you have for your flowers. Inspiration images, colour palettes or a description of the atmosphere you'd love to create are always welcome.

We'll review your details and, if we're available for your date, guide you through the next steps, including discussing your vision, floral requirements and investment.

We accept one wedding booking per date, allowing us to dedicate our time, attention and care to each celebration. If our approach feels right for you, we encourage you to enquire early so we can explore the possibilities together.

At the initial meeting, we want to understand the general details of your wedding — the venue, time of the ceremony, size of your bridal party, guest numbers and floor plan, colour scheme, dress colours, and so on. These help us understand your style and theme. You don't need to know everything yet — a general idea will always help us create your vision board and your quote.

So our team can focus on your day, we take one full-service wedding per date. Most of our clients contact us 12 – 16 months before the wedding, but we recommend getting in touch at least 9 months before — especially if your wedding is during the peak season (September to May).
