Sending flowers should feel like the loveliest five minutes of someone's day — not a puzzle. So here is the whole thing in one place: how to order flower delivery from Sugar Bee Flowers, where we deliver to across the Yarra Valley and Melbourne, and why every bouquet that leaves our Coldstream studio is made from the freshest local stems we can find.
And because spring is on its way and the flowers are about to be at their most abundant, we have a delivery offer running until 1 October. More on that below — but if you would rather skip straight to the beautiful part, the shop is right here.
How to order, step by step.
Ordering takes about five minutes, and you never need to call us or wait on a quote.
1. Choose your flowers. Our bouquets come in three palettes — Pretty Pastels, Vibrant & Bright and Season's Best — each in a Sweet, Medium or Large wrap, from $120 to $250. Tell us the feeling you want and we choose the stems.
2. Pick your date. Every bouquet is made to order, so choose any date from tomorrow onwards. Bouquets are prepared Tuesday through Saturday; event florals need at least three days' notice.
3. Choose delivery or pickup. Pickup from the studio at Shop 4, 4 North Gateway, Coldstream is free, and we will confirm your collection time by email.
4. Add your card message. Whatever you write, we hand-write onto the card that travels with the flowers.
5. Pay securely. Checkout runs on Stripe, so your card details never touch our site. You will have a confirmation email within moments, and we will follow up with your delivery window.
Planning something larger — a wedding, an arbour, a room full of centrepieces? That is where we love to go all out, and it starts with a bespoke quote rather than a checkout button.
Where we deliver to.
Yarra Valley — $30 flat. We deliver right across the valley: Coldstream, Healesville, Yarra Glen, Lilydale, Chirnside Park, Mount Evelyn, Wandin, Seville, Woori Yallock, Launching Place, Warburton, Gruyere, Dixons Creek, Tarrawarra, Yering, Silvan, Mooroolbark and the towns in between.
Melbourne & the Mornington Peninsula — $100 flat. For sending a little valley abundance into the city, or down to the coast.
Pickup — free. Collect from the studio in Coldstream whenever it suits.
We also deliver to every one of our favourite Yarra Valley venues — Stones of the Yarra Valley, Coombe, Hubert Estate, Chandon, Zonzo and beyond — so if the flowers are headed to a celebration rather than a doorstep, simply give us the venue name at checkout. Full fees, delivery days and answers to the questions we are asked most live on our flower delivery page.
Fresh, local flowers — every single time.
This is the part we care about most. We do not keep a cool room of last week's stems waiting for an order. Your bouquet is built by hand, in our Coldstream studio, in the days before it travels to you — which means what you send is genuinely at its best when it arrives.
We also work with the season rather than against it. If you order Season's Best in September, you get September — blossom, ranunculus, the first of the sweet peas — instead of something flown across the world to look the same all year round. That is where the real beauty and abundance comes from.
Our spring delivery offer — until 1 October.
To welcome the new season, we are covering the delivery for you. Until 1 October 2026, use the code freedeliveryYV when you order and:
Yarra Valley delivery is free — the usual $30 comes straight off.
Melbourne & Mornington Peninsula delivery is half price — $50 instead of $100.
Enter the code in the Delivery code field on any product page, then choose delivery at checkout — you will see the new rate before you pay. It works on every bouquet, and on wedding party flowers too. One code, both offers, no minimum spend.
The offer runs until 1 October 2026 and applies to delivery only, not to the flowers themselves.

A few things people ask us.
Do you deliver same day? Not yet — because every bouquet is made to order, we deliver from the next day onwards. It is a day's wait for a far better bunch of flowers.
Which days do you deliver? Tuesday through Saturday. We are closed 23 December to 4 January.
Can I send flowers to a workplace or venue? Yes, and often it is the nicest surprise of all. Add the business or venue name to the delivery address and pick a time window that suits.
What if I am not sure what to choose? Choose Season's Best and leave it to us. It is what we would send to someone we love.
Anything else at all, just ask us — we would love to help you send something beautiful.
