Surrounded by beautiful roses and lovingly kept gardens, Immerse has so many sweet details — including its wonderful team. We often design with soft pastels, or bright colour, to bring the gardens inside.
Immerse gives you three ceremony settings: the Vineyard Chapel and the undercover Garden Chapel, each seating 80, and The Paddock outdoors with the vines behind you. The chapels’ tall windows and stone floors love colour — a pair of pastel floral pillars either side of the couple, blooms along the aisle, and a welcome sign dressed with flowers and fresh fruit at the door.
The reception room seats up to 225 guests, with stone walls and a high pitched ceiling that suits a hanging installation of native greenery, protea and eucalyptus. On the tables we love a garland of foliage and seasonal flowers, or bud vases in the pastel palette of the ceremony, and white pillars framing the bridal table. With 20 boutique rooms on site, the celebration can stretch across a whole weekend.
Youki leads every wedding personally: two consultations before the day, then our team installs everything in the morning and packs down after the celebration, coordinating with the Immerse team. Real flowers, never floral foam — always.
