Hubert Estate is one of the Yarra Valley's most striking modern venues — open lawns and vineyard views for the ceremony, and Harriett, a light-filled reception space with soaring timber ceilings and terrazzo floors. Its clean lines are the perfect canvas for flowers: we love designing bold, sculptural pieces here, or classic white and green florals to soften the space with abundance.

Ceremonies on the lawn

Hubert's ceremony lawn is all sky and vineyard — a wide, open setting where flowers need presence. Our favourite pieces here are a full white floral arbour, a meadow-style arrangement behind the last row of chairs, a pair of overflowing urns, or lush aisle flowers running the length of the carpet, so the whole walk down is framed in blooms.

It is an open site, so everything we build for the lawn is designed for the Yarra Valley breeze: low, generous and well anchored, with real flowers that hold up in the sun.

Harriett, the reception space

Harriett seats up to 200 guests (350 standing) under high timber ceilings, with sheer curtains, terrazzo floors and a calm, neutral palette. It is a dream to flower: whites, creams and greens glow against the light, and a little colour goes a long way.

Long tables suit it beautifully — tall glass vases of white flowers, or clusters of bud vases and candles down the centre — with a lavish bridal table installation as the focal point. The ceiling height also makes Harriett one of the few Yarra Valley venues where a hanging floral installation above the tables truly sings.

How we work at Hubert

We know the spaces, the load-in and the venue team well — we are at Hubert Estate regularly for weddings, bridal showers and events, including flowers for Quarters. Youki leads every wedding personally: two consultations before the day, then our team installs everything in the morning and packs down after the celebration, so you and your guests only ever see the beauty.

Yes — we have a Hubert Estate price guide with real sample quotes for ceremonies on the lawn and receptions in Harriett. Our wedding flower service starts from $4,000 + GST, and most couples invest between $7,000 and $15,000. Enquire and we will send it straight over.
Yes. Harriett’s high timber ceilings are made for it, and it is one of our favourite pieces to create there. We design it to work with the room’s lines and your table plan, and install it on the morning of your wedding.
